1. You tell us what you want to buy.
Industry, states, size, years in business, and what to leave out. That's your buy box.
2. We research owners who fit.
We build your list from public sources, like government business records and companies' own websites. Every email address is checked before we send.
3. You approve every email.
We write short, plain emails in your voice. They go out in your name, as you, from email accounts set up just for you. Nothing is sent until you say yes. Every email includes an opt-out link and a mailing address.
4. We sort the replies.
We read every reply. Opt-outs are removed within 24 hours. Interested owners get three short questions you choose, sent as you.
5. Interested owners get your calendar link.
We send them your booking link. From there, the conversation is yours.
Our software does the research, list building and reply sorting. You approve every email, and nothing goes out without your yes.
You see everything. A weekly report every Monday, plus a live Google Sheet you can export any time.

You send your buy box and a few emails you've written, so we can match your voice. We set up your sending domains and start warming them up. You get your first owner list to review.
Weeks 2-3
You approve the 3-email sequence and your 3 screening questions. The inboxes keep warming up.

Sending starts at a steady daily pace. Your first Monday report follows, and the live Sheet updates as replies come in.

What we don't do
We keep our role narrow on purpose.
- We are not a broker, finder, agent, or adviser.
- We never tell owners "we have a buyer." The emails come from you, as you.
- We don't negotiate, and we don't comment on price, value, or multiples.
- We don't do valuations or give financial, tax, or legal advice.
- We don't handle money, NDAs, letters of intent, or closing.
- We never charge a success fee or commission, and we never take money from owners.
- We never show your owners, or the ones you pass on, to anyone else.
- No phone calls, handwritten letters, or LinkedIn automation.
Once a call is booked, our job is done and the conversation is yours.
